Choose the right Ibiza stag do plan

The combinations below are planning ideas, not fixed packages. Activities, timings and inclusions need to be checked for your dates; nothing listed is automatically included.

Boat and sunset plan

Enquire about a private boat party and a sunset dinner in San Antonio. Ask for departure details, duration, on-board inclusions and weather conditions before building the day around it.

Beach club and club night

Compare a beach club day bed with a superclub entry enquiry. Clarify whether the quote covers admission, a bed or table, any minimum spend and any event-specific conditions.

Water-based daytime activity

Ask about a jet ski session as your headline activity, leaving the evening separate. Include swimming confidence and any participant requirements you need checked.

Build a realistic Ibiza weekend itinerary

Keep the arrival day free of activities you might miss if flights are delayed. Plan the main boat or beach club enquiry for a full day on the island, then check the actual club event before scheduling the evening. Do not assume all venues operate on every requested date.

What to check in your package quote

• Named activities, dates, durations and meeting points—not just a package label.
• What is included and excluded: food, drinks, entry, equipment and transport where relevant.
• The total and per-person cost for the quoted group size, plus any mandatory charges.
• Whether flights, accommodation or transfers are included; do not assume they are.
• Payment schedule, cancellation terms, number-change deadlines and weather alternatives before paying.

Send an enquiry your group can decide on

Include your preferred city, travel dates, number of people, number of nights and activities budget per person. Add one must-have experience and any dietary, accessibility or participation needs. If the headcount is provisional, give a range rather than a guessed final number.

If you already have flights or accommodation, share arrival and departure times and the area where you are staying. If not, say what is undecided so the plan is not built around assumptions.

Ibiza stag do package questions

How much does a Ibiza stag do package cost?

A tailored price depends on dates, headcount and the activities requested. Prices are on request here. Send an activities budget per person and ask for a breakdown of inclusions, exclusions and any mandatory charges.

Are all the suggested activities included?

No. The suggested combinations are starting points for an enquiry, not an all-inclusive offer. Only the activities and extras explicitly listed in your confirmed booking are included.

Can I enquire before everyone has confirmed?

Yes, you can send a provisional headcount or range. Ask which group size the quote is based on and what changes to numbers would mean for availability, price and booking terms.

What is the minimum group size?

Ask for the minimum and any age or participation requirements for each requested activity. A group-size requirement should not be assumed to apply to every activity or venue.

What should I check before paying?

Check the named services, dates, total cost, payment schedule and cancellation conditions. Ask what happens if group numbers or weather change. Do not assume split payments, refunds or accommodation are included.

How do I request a Ibiza stag do quote?

Send the city, dates, group size, nights, activities budget per person and preferred experience through WhatsApp, by phone or through the contact page. Mention any travel bookings or requirements that could affect the plan.
