How far in advance should we book?
Four to eight weeks ahead for a summer weekend, and two weeks for the quieter months. We hold slots once the group size is confirmed.
Do you organise everything for the group?
Yes. We book the activities, set the timings, arrange transfers and send one itinerary so nobody has to chase suppliers on the day.
How many people do we need?
Most activities run from 8 people, and large groups of 30 or more are split into rotations so nobody stands around waiting.
Can we pay individually?
Yes. We can take a group deposit and then individual balances, which avoids one person carrying the whole cost.
