Refund and Returns Policy in short:<\/strong> activities from 35\u20ac per person, groups from 8 people, and a full weekend planned for you with one contact, one itinerary and one invoice. Send your dates and group size and we come back with availability and a group price.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n Our refund and returns policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have passed since your purchase, we can\u2019t offer you a full refund or exchange.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n Additional non-returnable items:<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Activities start from 35\u20ac per person and every price on the site is per person unless stated.<\/p> Four to eight weeks ahead for a summer weekend, and two weeks for the quieter months. We hold slots once the group size is confirmed.<\/p> Yes. We book the activities, set the timings, arrange transfers and send one itinerary so nobody has to chase suppliers on the day.<\/p> Most activities run from 8 people, and large groups of 30 or more are split into rotations so nobody stands around waiting.<\/p> Yes.
